In these Terms and Conditions, the terms defined in the table above carry the meanings assigned thereto throughout the document. Where context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between mj77 and the Player with respect to use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

To register and maintain an account with mj77, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. mj77 does not permit access to real-money gaming by individuals under this age threshold under any circumstances.
• Be a natural person acting on their own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Players.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid contact number or email address.
• Not be subject to self-exclusion, whether imposed voluntarily through the mj77 responsible gaming tools or pursuant to any other gaming restriction.
• Not have had a previous mj77 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

mj77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

Each Player is entitled to hold one (1) account on the mj77 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. mj77 uses CNIC verification and device fingerprinting to detect duplicate registrations.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their mj77 username and password.
• All activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not, where the unauthorised access resulted from the Player's failure to safeguard login credentials.
• Ensuring that their contact details — including mobile number and email address — remain accurate and up to date in their account settings at all times.
• Immediately notifying mj77 support at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account.

mj77 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from within the account security settings. Active session monitoring and automatic session timeout are applied to all accounts to minimise exposure from unattended devices.

mj77 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may vary.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits are processed immediately for JazzCash and EasyPaisa under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• mj77 does not charge transaction fees on PKR deposits. Fees imposed by the Player's own payment provider, if any, are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the mj77 payments team following a formal request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing timeframes.
• mj77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account compromise or financial irregularity.

mj77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement, e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) towards the Wagering Requirement for a given bonus. Live casino games and cricket betting may have different contribution rates than slots. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.

These game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

mj77 cricket betting markets are subject to the following additional conditions:

• All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity at the time of placement. mj77 reserves the right to limit individual bet sizes on any market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or decided by a method not ordinarily contemplated by the market rules, settlement will follow the published cricket betting rules applicable to each scenario.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of mj77. In-play odds are subject to suspension at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless a clear pricing error is identified.
• Pricing errors: mj77 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a void is applied.

mj77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Net and gross loss limits across all gaming verticals. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mj77 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including account security obligations.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

mj77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mj77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction is applicable to the account.
• mj77 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents unacceptable risk or reputational concern.

Upon account closure, mj77 will return the verified real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds subject to an ongoing investigation) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach may have balances forfeited in full.

mj77 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or addition of new game-specific rules, may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the mj77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
